The arrival of spring marks the return to our menu of fresh salads. This not only provides an opportunity for the chef to put the spotlight on the subtle marriage of tomates grappe and artisanal mozzarella di buffala, but also to share the incomparable taste of Charentais melon Philibon, for a sun-drenched gastronomic experience! 

This is also the season for strawberries, but not just any strawberries will do. Indeed, the chef of Le Petit Médicis has given his ruling and the verdict is clear: with their rivals so bland and unappealing in comparison, only Gariguette and Mara des Bois possess the excellence required to make the grade. A notice to all strawberry fans! 

Our approach 

Patrick Mota and his team, chefs Marc Seignard Marc and Thierry Cormier and their kitchen crew, take the greatest care in their selection of à la carte products. From Marché International de Rungis, the largest wholesale food market in the world, to the French heartlands, the three have taken the greatest care to establish selective supply chains that meet their stringent requirements in terms of quality, taste and traceability. 

Star of the menu Irish Hereford Prime beef particularly exemplifies this commitment to excellence. This superb breed can be raised in the most natural conditions and thus provide a tender, succulent and exquisitely delicious meat of exceptional quality, considered among the very best in the world. 

Uncompromising when it comes to the quality of the menu, the team of Le Petit Médicis is equally intent on making customers feel welcome. For restaurateur Patrick Mota, who studied hotel management for 6 years and has been the manager of several establishments, this is an essential ingredient; an integral element of the dining experience. 

The Director of Le Petit Médicis knows that perhaps the best recipe is one that he sums up as "Hospitality, generosity and friendliness are of paramount importance, but also simplicity.
